Criminology CODEX Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers the Google Play release of Criminology CODEX (com.corpuz.criminologycodex), a criminology study app intended for adults aged 18 and older. It explains local study information and the Google advertising services used by the app.

Study information on your device

The app stores flashcard recall ratings, review schedules, quiz responses and results, saved study items, game boards, found words, assistance history and settings locally. Core guest study does not require an account or upload this information to the developer. This release does not enable account creation, Google login or cloud synchronization. No Firebase Analytics service is enabled.

Local information remains until you remove it using supported app controls, clear app storage or uninstall. Clearing storage or uninstalling can permanently remove progress. Android device backups or transfers, where provided by your operating system, are controlled by your device settings; they are not developer-operated cloud synchronization.

Advertising and Google services

The app includes Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform for advertising and privacy choices. When an ad or consent request is made, these services may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app-set ID, product/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. These services process information on their own systems, potentially outside your country. Core study remains usable without an internet connection.

Ads are placed outside active Word Search gameplay. Game assistance does not require watching an advertisement. Available consent choices can be accessed from Settings, Privacy ng ads. You can also manage or reset advertising identifiers in Android settings, subject to your Android version. These controls do not guarantee deletion of information already processed by Google.

Shop previews and external links

The app currently offers offline merchandise design previews only. Checkout and ordering are unavailable. It does not collect payments, shipping addresses or merchandise orders. If you open an external website or email application, that service's own privacy practices apply. We do not control external services.

Contact and requests

If you email the developer, your email address and message are used to respond to the request. Do not send sensitive personal information unless needed. You may ask for deletion of correspondence at the contact address above. Local study data can be removed on your device; the developer cannot remotely inspect or delete it. For Google advertising information, use Google's privacy and account controls. We do not maintain an app account database in this release.

Security, retention and changes

Google service requests use secure network transport. Device access protections and local backups depend on your device and operating system. No system can guarantee absolute security. Study records are retained locally as described above; Google determines retention for its services under its own policy. If these practices change, this page and the in-app disclosure will be updated with a new effective date.
